Florida has always been a fertile spawning ground for death metal bands, and as evidenced by the 2009 release by Into the Moat, The Campaign, it remains so to this day. Hailing from Fort Lauderdale, the group certainly enjoys growling and grinding out murky riffs throughout. And although you couldn't tell this by solely trying to discern the lyrics with the human ear, The Campaign is a concept album, as each track is "focused from a different viewpoint on war and other conflicts."
