That release contained a wealth of Jan Hammer reinterpretations of themes he wrote for Michael Mann's television series, and The Best of Miami Vice follows through on that notion, selecting several of the best reinterpretations and adding Hammer's new spins on "Miami Vice Theme," "Crockett's Theme," and "South Beach." These new spins provide hardcore fans with a good reason for picking up this disc, and those listeners who never got around to getting Miami Vice: The Complete Collection will find this concise, entertaining collection a good alternative since it contains much of the best from that set and is an entertaining listen in its own right. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine minimize There are currently no sellers for this product But we can email you when it's available!
