Each tape is designed for nonstop workouts, so the music is non-stop -- each song is segued together -- and vaguely mirrors a workout, with warm-up and cool-down sections to the music. The liner notes also included a number of fitness tips, as well as a BPM chart. Musically, the tapes each follow a particular style. In the case of Walk 3, the music is all dance-club hits from the '80s and '90s. Among the featured songs are Technotronic's "Get Up! (Before the Night is Over)," Rhythmcentric's "You Don't Have to Worry," Judy Ceeks' "Reach," Blondie's "Atomic '95," Blue Zone U.K.'s "Jackie," Patti Labelle's "New Attitude" and the Whispers' "Rock Steady." It's a solid selection of tunes, and they help make Shape: Walk 3 a successful exercise tape. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine minimize There are currently no sellers for this product But we can email you when it's available!
