The 2009 CD/DVD release IT AINT OVER! DELMARK CELEBRATES 55 YEARS OF BLUES documents a celebratory anniversary event that the famed Chicago blues label Delmark organized at Buddy Guy's Legends in March 2008. Opening with Zora Young's wryly defiant "Til the Fat Lady Sings" ("... it ain't over..."), the whole set bristles with authentic, smoking Chicago-style blues as labelmates like guitar titan Lurrie Bell (brilliantly reprising Albert King's "Don't Lie To Me" and Lowell Fulsom's "Reconsider Baby"), boogie-woogie piano man Aaron Moore, late vocalist-harpist Little Arthur Duncan (whose last performance this was), and vocalist Shirley Johnson reaffirm the tradition as only seasoned blues practitioners can.
