Clark, a multi-instrumentalist who previously worked with Sufjan Stevens and the Polyphonic Spree, is a gifted songwriter and arranger with a sweet pure-pop voice that shines through on tracks such as "The Strangers," the lush, dreamy (save for one unexpectedly rocking interlude) lead track.
