Few synth-pop outfits can boast the longevity and staying power of the Pet Shop Boys as demonstrated on their 10th studio album, YES. With its soulfulness and simplicity, YES manages to keep the duo sounding fresh while injecting a warmth too often lost in electronic music. While the album certainly doesn't break any new ground, the Pet Shop Boys' predictability is part of their charm since they long ago perfected the formula for the perfect dance anthem.
