Created in 1976 by Xavier Roberts after wandering into a magic cabbage patch in Georgia, Cabbage Patch Kids were originally known as "little person" dolls and came with adoption papers. Every kid in this new collection is unique with different hairstyles, hair colors, faces, expressions, and fashions and all are patiently waiting to be adopted by a family like yours. One-of-a-kind boy and girl dolls are available in a rainbow of ethnicities and hair colors. No two dolls are exactly the same; ethnicity, appearance and accessories will vary.
