Strengths: Does the job! Opens jars of various sizes. Attractive appearance.

Weakness: Size is larger than expected but the size is needed.

This appears to be a great and useful product after two days of use. It is especially effective for older people and people with arthritis. We have now tried it on jars of various sizes and it opened them with ease. It is a real conversation piece in the kitchen and people want to see it demonstrated. It is unique and impressive! I hope it is durable.

Weakness: It broke after 2nd use and I cant get it replaced

This item quit working the second time my mother used it. I have not be able to get it replaced as the store where I purchased it quit carrying it.
