5 Star Review Satellite A215-S4747 Notebook

Strengths:

Built-In Microphone and Webcam. 200GB HD, beautiful

Weaknesses:

The speaker doesn't look as good.

Posted Nov 11, 2007 - I bought this laptop is to replace my old HP laptop. The speed of this laptop is much faster than my old one. I just upgraded my memory to 2GB becuase window vista needs a lot of memory. Now is working smoothly. I recommanded everyone to have 2GB memory at least.

3 Star Review Decent specs, average pricing

Strengths:

Very solid feel, hefty storage

Weaknesses:

Loaded with trialware

Posted Nov 8, 2007 - Typical solid Toshiba feel, nothing plasticky in this machine. A 200 GB hard drive is huge for a non-17

5 Star Review Great bang for your buck.

Strengths:

Very good specs, fast performance, and sleek looking.

Weaknesses:

Battery life is weak.

Posted Nov 4, 2007 - 1GB Ram, 160GB HDD, AMD x2 Duo Core Turion and Vista Home Premium combine give an awesome preformance, although I would recommend upgrading to 2GB. I like the new look of these Toshiba, glossy finish on the case and matted finish on the keyboard. The notebook case is sturdy, not like the flimsy case of the compaq I just bought. The battery life is kinda short but I'm buying an extra one of ebay.
